How do I return my item?
At Ratatam Kids, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you wish to return an item, simply follow the steps below for an easy and hassle-free returns process:
You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to make your return request.

To initiate a return, please send an e-mail to our team at the following address
Be sure to include the following information in your e-mail:
- The reason for your return.
- Order number.
- Your full name.
Receive your Colissimo return label:
After receiving your e-mail, our team will send you an e-mail containing a prepaid Colissimo return label. This label will allow you to return your item free of charge.
Prepare your return package:
Carefully pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, ensuring that it is in good condition and unused. Be sure to include all accessories, labels and documents that came with the item.
Attach the Return label and drop off your parcel:
Attach the Colissimo return label to the parcel in a clearly visible position. Then drop off your parcel at your nearest post office or Colissimo relay point. Be sure to keep the deposit receipt as proof of shipment.
Wait for the reception of your return:
Once we have received your return package, our team will check the condition of the returned item. Make sure the product is packaged and in good condition.
Refund of Your Order :
As soon as we have checked that the returned item is in good condition, we will refund your order. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment you used at the time of purchase.
