General terms and conditions

Ratatamkids.com (hereinafter referred to as “The Site”) is published by the Ratatam Company, a SASU with capital of 1,000 euros, whose head office is located at Faches Thumesnil (59155) – 52, rue Gambetta, registered with the Lille Métropole R.C.S. under number 797 919 099 R.C.S., intra-community VAT number FR39797919099 (hereinafter referred to as “the Ratatam Company”). All orders placed on the site are subject to the present terms and conditions of sale. Ratatam reserves the right to adapt or modify the present terms and conditions at any time. The version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction is the one appearing online at www.ratatamkids.com at the time the order is placed.

The Customer

The Customer declares that he/she is a natural person of at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer’s personal data in the “My Account” section, the Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In case of error in the address of the recipient, the Company OK Commerce can not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. Ratatam reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer’s IP address is located in a country other than the billing and/or delivery address.

Price list

The prices of the products on the site are indicated in Euros, all taxes included. They do not include shipping costs, which are borne by the customer. Sales prices can be modified at any time on the site.

Order payment

Payment is made by credit card or Paypal account. The Customer accesses a dedicated space provided by the Paypal service, which ensures the security and registration of the payment order.

Delivery

Shipping is free for all orders to Metropolitan France. over €20 incl. VAT. Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer’s home address or that of any other natural person of his/her choice domiciled in mainland France.

Ratatam Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its fault. Orders are prepared within 48 to 72 hours, or at the latest the following working day. Delivery times may vary in the event of delivery difficulties or absences. In the event of receipt of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and Ratatam Company, by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Refund

Products will be reimbursed by Ratatam within 30 days of receipt. Reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of ordering or by issuing a purchase voucher.

Applicable law

All orders automatically imply the customer’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Lille shall have sole jurisdiction. In the event of any difficulty or complaint concerning an order, the customer may contact Customer Service (on our contact page) in order to find an amicable solution.

Personal data

The information collected by Ratatam when a customer places an order is necessary for the management of the transaction and to this end may be communicated in whole or in part to Ratatam’s service providers involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that the same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning them. This site has been declared to the CNIL – dated January 13, 2012 – declaration receipt no. 1558419.

Our brand is intended to be resold in our resellers’ stores or on their own websites, the resale of our brand on markets or other internet resale platforms IS NOT AUTHORIZED except, exceptionally and if the request has been made in advance and validated by the Ratatam brand itself.
