A practical and original witch costume
The witch kit includes a skirt-cape and a pointed hat.
It can be worn as a cape around the neck or as a skirt tied around the waist. The cape ties at the neck, and to turn it into skirt mode, simply tie the belt around the waist.
The skirt-cape is made of black tulle fabric with silver glitters.

A costume for Halloween or to add magic to everyday life
With a cape and pointed hat, this witch costume can be worn on many occasions, from Halloween of course, to Carnival or a fancy dress birthday party.
But by transforming the cape into a skirt (which you can do without a magic wand, editor’s note), it’s possible to wear it every day. It’s now a black tulle skirt with glitters, classic but original.
