If you are a professional and would like to place a B2B order.
Nothing could be simpler, just send an e-mail to Manon, manon@ratatamkids.com with: your company information and contact details, and you will receive your login and password by e-mail.

I’d like to find a store that carries Ratatam products. How do I go about it?

Simply go to the bottom of our home page and click on the “Points of sale” tab. There you’ll find an interactive map showing all the partner stores where our products are available.

Where do our products come from?

You can find the place of manufacture on all our products.
A little extra at Ratatam Kids, we favor French production for our articles and packaging, and we carefully select certain privileged partners for production know-how based in Asia and Europe.
A large selection of our products are Made In France!

A few flakes on the surface of my ball, why?

Don’t worry, our balloons are made in France and are safe for children. The glitter is food-grade.
When the balloon is manufactured, the glitter is injected into the material, so a surplus of glitter may be found on the surface of the balloon.
After a few uses, there should be no glitter left on the surface.
On the summer sheep range or shell balloons, which are manufactured in a different way, this problem does not arise because the sequins are injected inside the balloons.

My phantom balloon no longer glows. What can I do?

The Phosphorescent Ghost Balloon is designed to glow in the dark after being exposed to light. After a while, its glow may fade, but don’t panic! This does not mean a malfunction, but simply that the phosphorescent material needs recharging.
To restore your phantom balloon’s luminosity, expose it to a light source for a few minutes. This could be sunlight, a lamp or any other sufficiently powerful light. The more light it is exposed to, the more it will regain its ability to glow in the dark.

How are costumes cut?

One-size-fits-all disguises to accompany your child from infancy through to pre-adolescence.
Suitable for children aged 3 to 8, 10 or 12, depending on the model, they are designed using standardized sizes.
Some of our costumes, such as capes, feature adjustable ties*, velcro and other mechanisms for easy adaptation to all body shapes and sizes.
Skirts and garments with elastic waistbands* are suitable for children aged 3 to 8.

How do I set up my diabolo?

The diabolo is delivered in its rabbit packaging. Inside, the rods, the rope and the diabolo.
Assemble the rope to the rods and throw your diabolo in the air!

How do I attach my badge?

Our embroidered patches are designed for your convenience. They’re self-adhesive and iron-on, which means they attach easily to a variety of surfaces.
Simply stick them on your favorite garments, bags or accessories for a personalized look in the blink of an eye. You can also iron them on for a more permanent, long-lasting attachment.

What should I do if my balloon deflates?

A balloon, like any object inflated with air, will deflate over time. Nothing wrong with that, so to re-inflate it, simply follow this tutorial.
The more a balloon is inflated, the more it will bounce!

Jumping ball, up to what age can my child use it?

At Ratatam Kids, we’re delighted to introduce our adorable jumping balloons designed for little adventurers aged 2 to 8 !
The bigger your child gets, the more you can inflate your jumping ball for even more fun!
Jumping balloons can be inflated to a circumference of around 40 cm.
For toddlers aged 2 to 3: Our jumping balls offer a safe, gentle jumping experience for toddlers. They are specially designed for children aged 2 to 3, with an inflation level adapted to ensure stability and safety during the jump. Your little explorers can develop their balance while having fun.
For Adventurers aged 4 to 8: As your children grow, our jumping balloons grow with them! You can adjust the inflation level according to your child’s age and height. For adventurers aged 4 to 6, inflate the balloon a little more for more dynamic and fun jumps. This allows your children to continue enjoying their jumping ball as they gain confidence and skill.

My balloon is soft. Is this normal?

Balloons in 10 cm size are small balls designed as manipulative balls, promoting good prehension for the youngest. It’s therefore normal for them to be softer.
The more a balloon is inflated, the more it will bounce.
If you want them to be harder, however, you can inflate them further by following this tutorial.
