If you wish to return an item, simply follow the steps below for an easy and hassle-free returns process:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">You have <strong>up to 14 days after receipt of your order<\/strong> to make your return request.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">  1. Contact our customer service:<\/h3>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To initiate a return, please send an e-mail to our team at the following address <\/span><a href=\"mailto:bonjour@ratatamkids.com\">\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bonjour@ratatamkids.com<\/span>\n<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be sure to include the following information in your e-mail:<\/span><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reason for your return.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order number.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your full name.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/>2. Receive your Colissimo return label:<\/h3>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After receiving your e-mail, our team will send you an e-mail containing a prepaid Colissimo return label.  <\/span><b>This label will allow you to return your item free of charge.<\/b><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prepare your return package:<\/h3>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Carefully pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging, ensuring that it is in good condition and unused. Be sure to include all accessories, labels and documents that came with the item.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Attach the return label and drop off your parcel:<\/h3>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attach the Colissimo return label to the parcel in a clearly visible position. Then drop off your parcel at your nearest post office or Colissimo relay point.<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Be sure to keep the deposit receipt as proof of shipment.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Wait for your return :<\/h3>\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once we have received your return package, our team will check the condition of the returned item. Make sure the product is packaged and in good condition.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund of Your Order :<\/h3>\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As soon as we have checked that the returned item is in good condition, we will refund your order.
